Graeme Obree is a cycling legend whom revolutionized the sport twice. He broke Moser's world hour track record by more than 400 meters using his home-made bicycle called "Old Faithful". His record lasted less than a week before Chris Boardman broke it by more than 600 meters difference. But, Obree took Boardman's title of the world champ in 1993 by winning the 4000m Pursuit.
